Wander monitoring

Wander monitoring is a new progresssive way of synchronisation signal qualiuty's testing. It provides the network operator with continuous MTIE/TDEV measuring results and automatic signalling if the measured wander level becomes equal to the pre-selected ITU-T masks level. TIE database provides also a manual access to a measured results at any period in the past.
